I'm not a fan of body piercings. So I don't know why girls get them. 

I just asked because I see so many women with belly button piercings, even those who stated they'll never consider piercings or tattoos. That piqued my interest.

I do it because I don't want to bother the guy and because I feel like he won't understand it anyway. I usually feel much better after I get some space.

Because I think that if you cared enough you would know why I'm upset. But that you don't know why I'm upset, makes me even more angry and not want to speak.

Yes, I do realize that's dumb. In my experience, men are completely oblivious as to why I'm mad and silent. It's so much better when you just communicate right away and say what's bugging you.
