For example Germany The issue for Germany is that they are a major power in Europe, so they all flock to places like that. Austria can't get anyone to stay in their country, the refugees just keep going to Germany, because it has money. But with this huge inflation of population, their economy won't be able to handle it. Because they aren't coming to make homes and work, they are mostly coming to be refugees. And they are destroying farmland in the process. As they walk by fields, they just pull up the crop, as they walk by orchards, they take the fruit off the tree. The behavior I'm seeing isn't refugees, it's, disgustingly, more like locusts. You make a fair point. It is not easy taking in immigrants. I guess I've always been pro immigration since Britain doesn't really have a native population. Back in the day, half of Europe invaded Britain bringing in lots of immigrants with them. Since 1066 (the last time we were invaded) we continued to take in immigrants. Heck my parents were both immigrants. Immigrants have saved our NHS by doing a lot of jobs that most people in the UK are unqualified to do. Many jobs that locals aren't interested in are taken up by people abroad including jobs on farmland. There was a program about the immigration issue and they covered a strawberry farm where the workers were entirely Eastern European. I am worried about how many people we can take. Our country is becoming overpopulated. We are going to be destroying our precious countryside to accommodate more people. Every time someone talks about immigration, they get accused of being racist.
