You know, I distinctly remember saying that Einstein's formula was written years before anybody had a WWII too on their horizons. You aren't needing to be repetitive here. And atomic energy was never misused. It was used exactly as it was needed to be used for, and used effectively. What the hell are you talking about? Pulling what out of my ass? History? Look it up. Same with science, seeing as you defined it wrong in the next statement: that is not what science is. Science is a practice, not an actual physical event as you are describing it. It's a process, and you're describing it incorrectly. It is not 'creative ingenuity' though that can be used in the engineering process that goes into making actual science work. It's not wrong at all. We have an ability to defend ourselves, our families, and our homes. Why is that a terrible idea? The problem comes down to not arming other people when said sick people go on a spree. I'm trained and proficient with my weapons. I carry one with me at all times, wherever I go that allows it (which is just about it). It's certainly not a problem. And I don't care if you guys think its bad. At least we can defend ourselves. And yeah, you probably are jealous. Having that kind of power in your hands when I go to a range and let my AR-15 chomp up some gel targets to simulate how I'd better kill a man? Makes me feel pretty good. Again, not true, because first things first, you actually have to agree over something. You have 5 or 6 odd treaties that each completely rewrite the system of economics, and when people from one country say no, it means it doesn't fly in any country in the EU. If you can actually agree over something, then you might get somewhere. You're good at sanctioning Russia and creating trade deals with the US (which usually works to our advantage). You did imply that we were not functioning. Our economy is rated first, since we don't include supranational organizations as a means for gdp strength. 1 country hardly balances 28 countries in that matter. Which is why you make a mistake in assuming that the EU is one big happy functioning matter: a vastly underrated President, George W. Bush had a great quote for the EU: "Who do I have to talk to to get Europe on the phone?" You have no real political solidarity, just an economic and basic policy alliance that gives you enough economic bargaining power to not be swept under the rug of the United States. And we built you up that way after WWII. We ensured the right people were put into office. You guys get jealous whenever we turn our attention anywhere else. Japan isn't so stable as to be able to hold up to the U.S. We're pretty damn stable as well, and sans a period in 2008 to 2009 (which hit you guys a hell of a lot worse than it did us), we've been maintaining a growth of about 3.2 percent for about 75 years now. So to say that we're unstable is just idiotic. We're growing, and we've been growing. Convince me what? That your opinion ought to matter on how we run America and make our policy? It doesn't. America is for Americans. To be quite blunt: yes, we are. We are the dominant geopolitical entity in this Earth, and we have been since roughly 1942. What we say is more or less word just about anywhere. The truth is, I don't care how much you care about my country. I don't give a damn about yours. If it blows up, I'll probably see a 4 second bleep on it from the news, then off to more relevant and interesting topics. All I see is a bunch of people trying to put us down. Just remember this: See the moon? Yeah, pretty right? America can't hear you from the moon. We can't hear you from Mars. We can't see you from Pluto. This is a public forum; if you're offended and disliking of what I say, and think I'm wasting your time, then you can take your leave. I'm not here to cater to you. I don't care if I waste your time. If you think it's wasted, it's on you to find something more productive to do. Dude, Stop going down on circles. You're the definition of cynicism. I just found out you're military, Which is surprisingly not surprising. And explains a lot really. Your lack of knowledge about what science is "Distributing" me. Science isn't just some knowledge you learn at school, Science is a mental process, Your mental process has to be clear and creative and free of prejudices to be called a scientist. Science is man creating fire out of rocks. That's science. But you obviously have no idea what that is and keep glorifying your beloved military. Defense is different from having everyone carries guns. That's just nuts. And no, It has nothing to do with jealousy, I don't know how i can be jealous that you have guns, What's there to be even jealous about? Guns aren't something that was supposed to be glorified and celebrated, Guns were created for defense, Not offense. I never said that you're not functioning, But whether you like it or not, You come second. Your chauvinism won't change that. And you like George W. Bush, Why am i not surprised? Your country size might help you economically because there will be a wide availability of resources, So that's why you're equal 28 countries combined. Not because of american special snowflake syndrome. Again, Dude, You don't understand what I'm saying because you're too busy with your 'MURICA mentality. America is to me and many others, Just like any country, And because I'm interested in politics globally, I'm interested in the US politics. And whether you accept it or not i can talk about it. And America's foreign and internal affairs can be affected by other countries because we live in globalized world. The fact that you're saying that if my country blows, Which is full of innocent people, You wouldn't give a damn, Shows you what you and your arguments are really made of. I'm not offended, I just don't see a point if you're going to go down in circles and say the exact same thing in every post. So, If you're going to reply with the exact same things you said in your last episode, Just save us both the trouble really. It's not cynicism, it's patriotic realism. I want to see my country, my culture, and my people succeed over others. I want to be the best. I want to be at the top. So I'm military: let me guess, is that another institution you think is crap? Just like you're judging me for it? And science is categorized as a process, a methodological means to acquire knowledge. Science is the process by which we determine how to start a fire out of rocks. Science is a methodology, not a state of mind. I'm not glorifying my beloved military by telling you what science is and separating it from what the military does. Granted, I believe in having a strong military that works abroad to promote and protect American interests. If we have a problem, I'm glad that we have our military units stationed globally to take care of the issue to ensure the safety and security of American interests and lives. The best defense is a good offense. I have my guns as a deterrent. I'm willing to use them immediately and eliminate any threat to my own person or designated target. They're meant for me to protect what I hold dear; for that, I celebrate them. It's good to have my guns. If people try to take them away, they'll have a hail of lead to turn them into Swiss cheese, and they're another name to put in the ground. If they didn't want to die, then they shouldn't have fucked with me. Fuck with me, I'll kill you. That's how it goes. That way, you don't fuck with me anymore. That's like saying that the New York Yankees come second in statistics compared to the combined statistics of the entire Western and Central American Leagues! "The Yankees are only second compared to the West and East (which is made up 10 teams altogether)." It doesn't mean we actually come second. It means that you collectivize to make yourself think that together, you're bigger than we are. And what's wrong with Bush? He made us proud to be American. He took a cavalier approach to the globe and wasn't afraid to show the world who was in charge. We aren't going to take shit from anybody else. Stand behind us, or stand against us, but you will not stand in front of us. We'll just knock you down. We're also definitely more equal than 28 states. If that's what it takes, that really shows how powerful we are. We're special because we're willing to stand forward and together to ensure our own national interests and ensure that we have what we need to be a prosperous and great bastion of freedom and democracy. We don't need to worry about inaction from our people, and problems abroad. If someone doesn't play ball, we come together to tell them that they aren't going to get in our way. Our affairs can be problematic, indeed. And when people screw with our affairs and interests, we take care of them. As we should. We aren't going to sacrifice our interests as Americans because some idiots somewhere else don't play ball. And you have no credibility to a statement of criticism here. You aren't one of us. You have no criticism worth listening to. You can try, but we aren't going to listen, nor should we. At the end of the day, only we can decide what's good or bad for America. If your country blows up, that sucks. I've no care beyond that unless it affects our country or economy. If it does, then we'll ensure that we deal with the problem so that our interests are maintained and assuaged. Otherwise, well, who cares? Shit happens and people die. I don't need to save you the trouble of anything. I don't care about you. I don't care about your politics or opinions. I don't care about your country. I only care if it affects us. If it's bad for us. If it hinders American growth and expansion in any way. That's the only reason to care. The only reason I would care.
