If you work out every day with that height, weight and age you should be burning a lot more than 1500 calories a day. Of course everyone is different, but that is a significant deficit for most people and would induce weight loss. I guess your body has adjusted to that, but you could probably unadjust and try working that up a bit and not gain weight. I mean, if you want. I just think if I had to eat 1500 calories in perpetuity, I'd die. Also I forget the numbers exactly, but recovery from surgery requires a certain percent on top of that, depending on how severe of trauma was involved. Oh sorry. That's my base. When I'm able to move I get 2000-2300. Much more comfortable numbers. Dude, you read 'Shokugeki no Souma', don't be such an ignorant pleb. Those dishes are carefully orchestrated flavour compositions whose artistic aesthetic underlines a crucial flow of aroma. As for the dish volume, most such highclass restaurants actually do courses, not just dishes, so you'll be getting a couple plates to bite. If everyone of those were as filled as you'd see in a local diner you would never get past the second course! Apologize to Megumi!!! Huh. That seems like something I should check out. I'll add it to the list of things I'm supposed to watch this month.
