I watched this season, but just wasn't feeling it.

Killing "somone" was just the start of it.  It feels like the whole show just dropped whatever it was doing and veered off in a new direction.

Watched the pilot episode of "Timeless" last night.

I don't know how the season will go, but for a time-travel story, it didn't suck.

OK we had the pilot episode last weekend here and I found myself struggling to watch the whole episode. It just felt very flat and predictable and every moment that was important I knew what was going to happen before it happened, and it happened just as I imagined. A show should not be this bad.

It was a terrible reboot. It made Scorpion look really good, and that was the show before it.

Westworld, its fantastic.

Re-watching Twin Peaks. Felt I had to since the new season is out next year.

Working on Stranger Things off and on this week. Halfway done and I can definitely say I get why people were abuzz for it when it first was released. Enjoying it quite a bit and I'm rather excited to get through more of it.

Boop. Should note I did finish Stranger Things the other day and it was definitely worth the watch. Lots and lots of homage to 80s media I grew up with (books and movies specifically) and I'm tickled that I could never truly shake the feeling that it felt like an old King novel (not to say his later stuff isn't good, I just have more love of his older stuff) brought to the big screen (but maybe not altered so much like Cujo or even the Shining at times for their adaptions).

The soundtrack is also amazing in general and yes, if you were even vaguely conscious of the world around you in the 80s, the aesthetic will make you smile. Very much looking forward to season two next year.

Designated Survivor is turning out to be pretty good.

Loving that show so far. Brilliant.
