Disney just had a float on the Rose Parade celebrating 60 years and, would you guess it, they had Phasma and some stomtroopers!

EDIT: And Ren, and 3PO, and Chewie.

Will "Life Day" be mentioned in the next two films?

It's a big day, especially for Wookies.
From what I gather, the Wookies watch a bunch of bizzare videos, holograms and virtual reality music performances.
Then there is a big get together with lots of singing about hope and peace.

I mean. There was an entire film about it, so clearly it is part of Star Wars lore.

Brief disclaimer.

I really liked Star Wars Episode VII.
I think it's a really good film. Much better than the prequels in my opinion.

That said, I would like to share this video. It does raise some good points.

I'd also like to bring up the prequels have shitty pacing and feel longer than they are.
Whereas 7 is the exact opposite.
Which is a good thing, since Pacing is fucking important for movies over 90 minutes. Alot of directors don't understand this concept.
There's exceptions to the rules of course. But boring your audience like the prequels do is about the worst thing you can do.

Saying "Oh I liked the prequels better." Is something only dickless hipsters say because they want to be special snowflakes.

If you go and watch the Plinkett reviews, 7 basically does everything Plinkett says the prequels should've done.
And I'll take Mikes words more seriously given he's a film graduate. He might now a thing or two more than this guy.

7 wasn't perfect, but it was an enjoyable film that was well acted and competently presented. Something none of the prequels can claim.
