The actual recommendations do evolve over time with our understanding, but that doesn't mean you should just ignore them unless you're committed to being uninformed.

As I was hiking in the mountains the path lead through narrow passage with tall rocks on both sides, and a couple of cows were standing in it. A pretty common situation. As I tried to get past the cows one of them got mad at me and pushed me against the rocks as hard as it could with its giant belly. I have no doubt it did that on purpose to hurt or kill me. I could only free myself because I'm pretty strong, with my back against the rock I could ''bench-press'' it away from me which took all I've got, the cow stumbled and got even madder at me. To avoid having to draw and use my knife to defend myself I punched it as hard as I could in the butt - and boy, that totally did the trick, it ran away like a dragster. You may be laughing now but I'm telling you those animals are no joke, they're pretty powerful, heavy and sometimes very aggressive. Last year three hikers were crushed and trampled by aggressive cows and several more were seriously injured. Morale of the story: cancer isn't the only way food can kill you.

Any person of reasonable intellect would draw correlations between the two even though the writer didn't outright state they were both of equal lethality it pretty much had a powerful implication. I would really like to see if they actually explain the prerequisites for being placed in that group. But I really don't want to sign up for a website that I'll never use.
