All forms of fitness are welcome(except crosfitters, srs dont bring that shit in here). Tell me something about some good yoga stretches, I could do with some extra flexibility. OMG. Why is crossfit such a creepy cult? I don't get it. One of my new coworkers is into some crossfit. It's like all she talks about. That and beef. She's got some kind of side gig involving lots of cows. Good stretches. These are both great for hips, low back, and glutes. And not a high degree of difficulty. You can modify them to your level of stretchiness and then work further into them as you get more flexible. It's a pretty steep curve, actually. I'm surprised at how much better I got in about 2 weeks. Lizard pose: Pigeon pose: So I need help with shoulders and upper back. I'd like to be able to do headstands, my core's pretty good, but I need a stronger base for balancing upside down. Suggestions for bodyweight exercises I can do? I don't want to actually lift anything because me and free weights aren't friends. I will use some of the less intimidating machines, though. Like the seated row might be good, but I can't think of much else.
