Symphogear is this anime where an ancient priestess wants to blow up the moon with a giant laser to break the curse of Babel so she can tell God she loves him, and only magical girls who fight with the power of music can stop her and her army of weird monsters. This anime has everything: music, fighting, yuri stuff, deranged plotlines, and murderous American commandos. Cross Ange's voice actress acts and sings in this. In season 3 the girls are trying to save a space shuttle from crashing when the protagonist punches a hole in K2 for the shuttle to fly through while someone in mission control casually edits wikipedia to state that K2 is now the third tallest mountain in the world. This anime is a treasure.

I've been told Symphogear was really good. I watched a few episodes and I was mostly confused but it seemed like it had potential. Been meaning to get back to checking it out at some point.

Hello just wanted to say I'm new here... I've visited this forum before but only to watch not post and now I'm thinking I'll take that step.

Basically my background is in video games.. I played a lot of the SNES and N64 eras as a child and then with PSS2 and stuff in the 2000s...

I have a few anime from here and there but essentially a lot of it is new...

I got into it first with Miyzaki because he's big here in America still with new releases... but I'm starting to learn more about the rest and it's been interesting.

I don't have a lot to say right now though except that I read a lot and I'm slowly watching this and that and forming opinions and stuff.

I didn't understand the reference so I looked it up, and yeah... It couldn't be any more of a straight 1 to 1 rip off. 

Has anyone bought from Right Stuf INC before and if so was the experience good? If not, have you heard anything good or bad from people who have ordered from them? I ask because Fate Zero is getting a new Bluray Box Set release for $178 and they seem to be the only place to buy from (Aniplex site doesn't work):

I was thinking about buying the Mamoru Hosoda Movie Collection, but I haven't had any previous experience with them. I can say it was Sentai Filmworks who pointed me in their direction.

I ordered a bunch of Berserk manga from them last year. My experience was good.
