For animated movies I strongly suggest watching Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox. Very well done and like Batman: Under the Red Hood it cuts out the nonsensical elements of the original comic and delivers a great flowing film. It is violent though, probably the most violent animated movie DC has put out so just a heads up.
