Not really sure if this qualifies. But Gravy suggested I post my current and upcoming works.
So yeah. If it's not apparent. I'm a tad occupied by my Blu-Ray collection. Now the thing about DVDs or Blu Rays is sometimes the packaging or cover slips are fugly. So I like to either make my own because of that. Or buy an entire new case because like 5-6 cases take up more space on my limited shelf space than I want.
None of this art is mine. But I don't plan on selling this stuff so who cares yeah?
Anyway. My initial 8 (I'll post the original files if requested).

While darker than the original sets I made in GIMP, you can still see what I was going for. Not sure why they came out so dark. Paper type maybe? Maybe it's because I don't like to compress my image files. I dunno. But they do look far better in person.
The MCU ones are the shittiest. By far.
So I went back to the drawing board and went with a new approach. This layout, I'll admit. Is not mine. I can't find the original designers imgur album, otherwise I'd credit him. But he gave open consent to use his stuff and I did. The results are perfection.

Still a little darker than the originals. But they look so good. Only problem, is they are ever so slightly too big. But that's okay. They looks awesome, that's what's important.

So what's next? Star Wars and Fast and the Furious probably. Those being probably the first covers I made initially, and boy does it show. I'm also working on 2 for the first 20-ish Godzilla movies.
Star Wars is already done. I've done some alterations since this upload. But this is roughly what I went with (Art from the Chinese Novel Adaptations of 1-7)

When I get more done I'll post them here I guess. For anyone that actually cares about my dumb stuff.
