Funny thing is that when Phelp's was in Thorpe's shadow. He got better, to the point where he could beat him in everything but Thorpe's master event. 100m Freestyle. Though Lochte just acts like a freaking baby, he doesn't get better. He gets attention.

So because they're a bunch of cheaters they have to compete under a non-country. And I understand that the individual athletes who didn't participate in the state doping program shouldn't be punished for their government's bad actions. But what is up with the team medals? I mean, hockey sure, it's a team sport. But speed skating relay teams, or the figure skating team events? It's kinda like a team of unaffiliated athletes. I guess Russia just doesn't get to count them to their medal total? This is really going to hurt them in the cold war. Also Johnny and Tara are on fire tonight. I mean I think they know there's an ice skating event going on, but I'm not positive. I'm pretty sure Johnny Weir just used his phone to Photoshop a competitor's headpiece on to Terry Gannon and then got NBC to broadcast it.
