Was gonna say 'I feel bad for the kids', but the lessons they propose are pretty cool. Too bad they have to be edgy and call themselves 'Satan Club' just to piss off the Christian Community. It's needless conflict, you can promote your damn rationalism and creative thinking in a way that doesn't involve children in your dumb anti-religion protest. America is a religious country, and you're putting these kids in danger of backlash for your stupid need of a 'symbolic' representation of your ideals. Just call it the Critical Thinking Curriculum club and avoid all the drama. Same results, and spare the kids who might join up (if parents would ever let a child of theirs join Satan Club) potential bullying from their peers. I'm pretty sure "critical thinking curriculum club" would set off even more alarm bells in some of those people's minds. I propose a middle ground: "Apples For Thoughts", because apples are healthy, a bit of fruit does wonders after a schoolday and the biblical connotation about Adam and Eve eating the forbidden apple (all the religious edgyness you need to piss off any bible humpers). Because seriously ... "critical thinking curriculum club" will have more NSA moles placed as members than genuinely interested people in nowadays USA.
