In other words our resident tech expert is currently trying to put our forum or groups together elsewhere, while the rest of us are discussing if it's a better idea to our own independent forum or deciding of we should all just join up with on of the already existent alternative and if possible recreate the group there.. So I have a question regarding the creation of groups on proboard, since I seem to remember the vroom forum tackling this issue early on. Groups seem to be listed in our profiles but unless I'm missing something they seem to function as just an additional friends list. So my question is this, are groups sub forums something that our vroom admins just couldn't get working or chose not to? If anyone remembers I'd appreciate some clarification or link to relevant posts.

And I also remember that Private messages can have a huge amount of recipients. Also understandably I'd be hesitant to give individual groups their own sub-forums, as that could create a lot of sub-forums.

I don't know if anyone has asked for that sort of thing, though.
