On the bright side, I don't think it's possible for admins to see passwords on Proboards (at least I've never been able to); I can totally see your emails and IP's tho. *sends everyone spam mail promoting WataMote* it is why spam folders were invented, and it's not that hard to ignore it if folks get annoyed over time. Push come to shove its not a massive problem yet. Time will tell though of course. Well, a lot of sites require email and a password to sign in, if you know where else those users frequent, then you already have half of it; assuming they don't use a throwaway. It's rather moot though, since BSN is getting shut down anyway. |
