While it could certainly be a sign of that I'm leaning towards EA trying to "control the message." Twitter allows for only 140 characters so there is no discussion possible unless everyone starts using TwitLonger, and responses on Facebook are usually isolated.

The people that I'm fond of from BSN are are all here so this is basically where I'm going to stay.

It's sad and amusing though, even if we all knew it was coming especially after them axing OT. I'm not one to stick around forums often if I don't click with people, you know? Sure I became much more of a lurker than a poster over the years til I realized OT was where I was most comfortable. And just like with Trump, it's less about keeping people out than it is about keeping people contained so that literally everybody can easily be cleansed with nuclear fire the minute somebody makes fun of their orange, leathery, teeny-tiny infant hands and micropenis.
