Eeeeewwwww I'm trying to use the software that came with this SSD to migrate my Windows to the SSD but it won't run it just starts and hangs with nothing happening. Can't even close the program via task manager and have to do a full restart. It's the Disk Migration software that came with the drive. There must be an easier way to do this. I tried system restore but as the drive image is larger then the SSD that was a no go as well. Right in the middle of a backup without the system image in the hopes I can do it that way. I did manage to install Win 10 vis a DVD image but not sure now. I'll try doing a file restore once this is done.

Just remove the Boot partition from your HDD and then install Windows onto the SSD.

Worked a treat. It even was smart enough to know that the HDD was larger then the SDD and made the right changes. Suck that Samsung. Their software wouldn't even start properly. Anyway I am playing Rise Of The Tomb Raider and why is the game stuttering now when it loads, sure it's hell faster but Lara looks like she's glitching for the first few seconds as if there is some background caching going on. What's this nonsense? This never happens on my regular hard drive. Mind you everything takes longer to load on the regular hard disk. But yeah games act funny when they first load like they are doing a lot of caching.

If you've just migrated to SSD from HDD, you should make sure the partition on the SSD is aligned. I don't think this would solve the stutter problem, but it's worth a shot. It's very easy to check. First you run msinfo32, go to Components -> Storage -> Disk, and make sure the "Partition Starting Offset" for your SSD is divisible by 4096. If it is not aligned (when you divide it and you don't get a whole number), you can correct it with many free partition tools on the internet. I used Partition Wizard but others should work just as well.

Especially my gaming PC, it is probably the quietest, fastest, and most stable PC I've ever built.

It's now the end of May in a day or two and things have improved. About 3 or 4 days after I posted the OP in this thread the issues I was having just vanished. Things were, and are running smoothly now and bootup and shutdown times now are so fast I feel like I have been missing out on not changing to SSD sooner. I can't explain the stuttering issue I had but it has vanished and thins seem to have settled in.
