You know you're doing your best and if you're happy then that's all that matters, don't think about what they think, ofc it's important since they are family but if they wish to see you fail then something is clearly wrong. You need to be able to depend on yourself in all situations, always make sure of that no matter what and always trust your own instinct, do what makes you happy.

Fucking car is almost as old as I am and piece of shit is always having issues with the radiator system, if it's not a hose blowing, it's the thermostat, if it's not the thermostat, the radiator became so rusted it became every color in the rainbow, if it's not the radiator, it's the head gasket leaking antifreeze into the combustion chamber, if it's not the head gasket, the heater core starts leaking into my passenger seat, if it's not the heater core, I'm hearing hissing when the engine cools down and stops before I could find where it's coming from.
