One of the biggest things it mentions is the incredible reduction of plankton, which plankton is the very backbone of the entire food chain and also makes up 50% of the air we breathe. Without them, the food chain will completely collapse. Commodities like over fishing and fossil fuels are killing this world and need to be phased out by going electric, solar and eating more plants. The amount of methane that is being produced is disgustingly high and is causing the greenhouse effect. I mean, if you're not at least somewhat behind this then I don't even know what to tell you. If the temperature around the world rises 6 degrees in the next 3-4 years, we're talking about mass extinction in the ocean. The really scary thing is that if the temperature changes by 1 or 2 degrees the wildlife in the ocean will suffer heavy and irreversible damage. Aye and people should take action against it. Humans are killing the planet and making creatures go extinct 1,000 times faster than normal. For 3 days out of the week, I am cutting meat, cheese and eggs from my diet. More mushrooms and peanut butter it is. A cow fills up a 55lb/24.9kg garbage bag of methane every freakin day. And with having about 1.5 billion cows, that's a lot. It's a very incompetent way of producing food. The greenhouse gasses caused by livestock is greater than all the transportation admissions of CO2. This is.. well was, a reef off the coast of Florida. The photo on the top was taken back in the 1960s, the bottom was in 1990. Caused by a sewer pipeline.
