The first is basically "Favor Our Endeavour" The second is basically "A new order for the ages" which is NOT new world order, If you think about it it is late 1700's for "Hope and Change" smile emoticon E. plurbis Unum is "From Many, One", not one of many there is a huge difference between those translations. The first is we are bringing people together, the second is "nothing to see here" I went and confirmed it just to make sure (A little out of practice as I would translated Novus Ordo Seclorum as 'The New order For Ever' which isn't quite correct, but it has been awhile. And that "Eye" is supposed to be God, not Lucifer; but whose counting. So yeah whoever did that translation either doesn't know latin too well or twisted it to their own liking..
