I have a sneaking suspicion she will be forced to marry Walder Frey in the books, though. He is looking for a "new young wife".

Even if the Boltons win, it will hurt them. Mance Rayder + some wildling women are killing Boltons inside Winterfell too.

Stannis has mercenaries, Hill Tribes, Stark Supporters. House Glover and House Umber, I believe. He sent Davos to search for Rickon to put a Stark at Winterfell. Made sure that Shireen inherits everything should he fall in battle. Not like the show at all.

The deviations will have severe ripple-effects through the rest of the tv show, for sure. Take Selmy for example. Gets killed like a pimp in an alley on the show. In the books he is very much alive. He had a badass faceoff with Drogon in book 5 and survived. And no he is leading the defence of Mereen vs a massive invasion. One would think that is important. Tyrion is on the other side of the battle.

Nope. He'll lose his ability to perform oral. 

If he gets raised, and is still kind of "dead" he might be able to blow that horn that is said to bring down the wall. The horn the Greyjoys found kills you if you use it. With JS already being "dead" it might not harm him. + if we go by the myth Surt is going to do that.

Side note Surt is said to wield a burning sword in the final battle. JS will get one of those from Melisandre this season. There is a shot of someone riding with a burning sword in the trailer too.
