Even if it did, I would find it too mean spirited to try out.

Mkay, so I have no idea who she is or even deigned to watch more than eighteen seconds of her linked clip, but I doubt someone with bright pink lipstick that's making jokes about hairspray and semen and seemingly wearing a push-up bra to most likely clickbait the "OH LOOK BOOOOOOOOOOOBS" crowd is in a morally superiour position to try and lecture other people on their outward appearances.

It can be useful for motivation in some situations, but by and large, there are better methods. And certainly not in this situation.

It helped me I was fat, but I would go and see fat shaming threads see what people would say about the landwhales and apply that to myself. Gave me motivation to cut back on food and exercise more often.
