Extreme ineptitude......

OK I have just had a nostalgia fix with a run of The Six Million Dollar Man.... Ah the memories. Do do do do do do sound effect hehe......

The OSI has to be one of the worst security organizations ever. It's always infiltrated, filled with treacherous traitors or people willing to sell the country out for a few thousand dollars. Oh and stuff that's supposed to be super secret can be stolen in a jiffy. No help required.

I can't recall another supposedly serious TV show where a government agency charged with top secret stuff was this inept just to advance the story.

I might also add UNIT from Dr. Who. In the last few series of the reboot they are portrayed as super stupid and yet they are a military group charged with defending Earth from alien or supernatural threats.
