Saw that. The red circles are now gone. I was the cause of the red circles playing with settings. They seem to happen if you do things like play with user permissions and admin permissions.... That's why I was having them as I was fiddline with admin settings.

Really? No problems? Honestly?!? No really. No windows problems. The red circle issue was caused by my own meddling..... As I said I figured it out after the fact. It was me playing with admin settings.
