Not exactly the 'When the heck does Europe get Fates' direct that I was hoping for, but eh. Should be interesting.

On a serious note (and this is coming from someone who has participated in every generation and owns all the Pokemon games except for Heartgold and Platinum), I'll probably skip a couple of generations of Pokemon until I feel that they have something new to offer. I haven't been able to bring myself to beat either Alpha Sapphire or Omega Ruby as well as to start White 2 or X. Gamefreak are pumping the games out too fast and the quality of the Pokemon have gone down with each consecutive generation since Gold and Silver (2) in my opinion. The last generation I truly liked was Gen 3 and the last generation that I found with Pokemon that I barely liked was Gen 4. So, I'm probably going to sit Sun and Moon out, as well as the next generation. This is a shame as the Pokemon franchise is the sole reason I bought a 3DS, but I just feel like my money will be better spent elsewhere (unless the designs of this gen really wow me). Not trying to be a downer, but Alpha Sapphire and Omega Ruby is probably going to be my exit point from the series (or at least until the franchise fatigue wears off).

Clearly Mr Sterling does not comprehend the shades of Squirtle and the fact that said edgy Kamina-channelling-bad-ass-mo-fo evolves into a big ass turtle with cannons on his back and can effectively blast Charizard away--Proving, Blue is better than Red. #YourPokemonIsShit

I'm just hoping this new generation does something to revitalize the combat system that has been largely unchanged over the last 20 years. However the Special split and the introduction of Abilities has done a lot for that.
