I think I will return him, and re-rent. I will give him all the stars and whatnot, but just give him like a fish as a gift. LOL! Since I sort of expect for the "gifts" NOT to get retroactively sent, once they fix the pawn servers. I think we are about the same level (I may still be at 23). Chase is rockin' the mage outfit, I used to have on Castor most of the time. Except that I don't have the black vest yet (can't remember the name of it, all of a sudden), so he has his handy-man leather on, under the mage robes.

I forgot just how crappy weapons were, when you first start out. I had switched to Strider, when I switched Chase to Mage. Blechhh! The choice in daggers and bows is abysmal. I used the Anealed stilettos (which at least have a useful debilitation...especially against Ogres and other creatures who are particularly sensitive to be set on fire. ), but the damage. Yikes. So very, very low. Same with the bow. BUT! At least I have plenty of good stuff to look forward to.

I think servers are fixed. I rested at an inn and got ore/RC/xp/quest knowledge/are knowledge from you, coldwetn0se! YAY

Considering the extent of Alynna's romantic escapades is throwing large fish at her intended, you may have a point.

She is currently modifying a ballista near the portcrystal in Gran Soren to shoot fish into the pawn guild every time Barnaby walks past the window and trips the sensor. Ah, lurve.

Actually, I haven't decided who to "charm" yet. But I might actually nab Mercedes this time. I think the new Ulee and her would fit well, and she could handle Chase's crazy diamond personality.

@shep - that is actually a valid question about modded pawns. Will they be rentable in the Rift..?? Suspect that it will be easy enough to test, now that the servers are working properly again (YAY..thanks for the heads up, Kaidan Fan. ).

I did a bit of schooling, about the ins and outs of DD, to my friend Ray. He too got the game, and loves it, but was a tad confused about.....much! lol! He recreated Morrigan (as many do. ), as his pawn. I explained the need to switch up vocations, how to not level up too quickly (which he really was), and the importance of augments. Also explained the pawn system a bit further than he understood it. BTW, Kaidan Fan, I suggested he send you a Friend Request, for trading pawns. He gifted the game to another friend of his, but I am currently the only friend he can freely trade pawns with. You are under no obligation to accept the friend request though.

BTW, what is the name of the stuff that smells, that you can throw on NPC's? As I recall @shep, you were quite fond of that for Aelinore (if a cliff was not nearby *whistle* ).
