That room is a lot of fun as a warrior. By fun I mean hellish. From all my experience as a warrior, which was about half an hour with a ring of perseverance and asura armor, I honestly can't imagine any room that wouldn't be hellish. Except maybe leapworm halls. Oh, and re: gorecyclops room, if you're cheap and/or made of glass as most of my arisens are, you can rush underneath the nearest one and head toward the stairs to the exit. Once he's free, he can't follow you, and will continue swinging at you. If you've got any sort of ranged attack, you can chip away at him until he falls. Your pawns will not understand, though, and will repeatedly get themselves killed. The maelstrom pawns are a pain and are usually the first thing I deal with when I run in there. This garm got stuck in a wall last night and seemed to be quite pleased with its hidey hole Then Seel got creative with a Levin and lured it back out
