Best. Line. Ever. A few things I wished for though was a more obvious romantic build up between Asami and Korra in past episodes. No offense meant, but with the lack of same sex relationships on media, I kinda needed something more obvious, more like the last episode so that it didn't feel like it came from left field. The other was that I was always distracted while watching it because I was constantly wondering what happened to the Aang and the others. As though I just could not move on because I kept wanting to go back and see how their lives progressed. I know there were constant references and cameos but I just could not feel a part of Korra's world.

As for Korrasami, well, I think they did what they could within Nick's constraints. I agree however, that they should've built up their relationship more in Book Three, particularly in the episode, "Long Live The Queen."

Maybe that'll give me the closure so that I can move on and accept Korra's story more readily. Whenever it comes to multiple canon sources, I fear I struggle the most because it feels like playing scavenger hunt with a series. It's a good alternative instead of trying to put it in tv show form but frustrating without enough loose money for it.

Pro-bending Arena is a two-player deck-builder game that is expected to retail at $50. Also, this vid has some interesting commentary on how the seasons of Korra work, mixing a thesis (Korra) with an antithesis (each season's villains) to form a synthesis (not ME3 related). Of course, some seasons fared better than others in this respect. It's less than 8-minutes long so why not give it a watch? Last but not least, the first issue of the Korra graphic novel, Turf Wars: Part One, is releasing August 8th.

Though Kya isn't that much of a shocker really. Neither of them ever settled down and founded a family, which doesn't necessarily correlate with homosexuality but there's some overlap. Could also apply to old king Bumi I guess. I don't think he had heirs? Interestingly enough I think that's the first time we hear anything about air nomad culture regarding relationships. I don't think we ever saw an actual air nomad couple outside of Tenzin and Pema.
