That's what hazard lights are for. I don't exactly see what the dilemma is here. The real challenge in that situation is overcoming the bystander effect that is clearly on display there. All of us like to believe that we ourselves would, but we wouldn't know unless we were actually there. Ayup. Hazard lights, warn triangle and a police+ambulance call. Those bystanders just ignoring the guy is a real problem though. No idea how that is regulated in Russia or wherever that happened, but over here anyone who passed that scene without helping is liable to being prosecuted for not helping. Not helping a person who's clearly in need of help because they are hurt and need medical attention for example is against the law here (StGB ยง 323c "Unterlassene Hilfeleistung"). Sentences can range from fees all the way up to one year in jail. Conversely, you are fucking OBLIGED by law to help that person as long as it doesn't mean you place yourself in danger or you're otherwise incapable of helping ("but I'm late for job" is NOT a viable excuse!). Seeing people ignore that person when literally all they need to do is stop for a moment, look up the bloody streetname and call a fucking ambulance is depressing. The next person lying on the street badly injured could be them and they'd curse everyone who just went past you without helping.
