Well its overall rating spread (the Tom's Hardware recommendation) is about as good as you're gonna get for any product on newegg. With so many reviews you're bound to get a few people who had a rough time for whatever reason. But I've never had a case just 'break' on me, or the one in question. I don't think the choice of case is really that important as long as it's big enough, but not too big or else it might be less efficient in terms of airflow or something like that. Basically any case size that matches your motherboard should be adequate. That's assuming you don't care how the case looks or want to do anything advanced like watercooling, but neither of those features are really for budget conscious builds, I think. The one you linked looks fine to me too. But I'm far from an expert on the subject. I only know enough to get by because it's really just glorified, expensive LEGOs nowadays. Very easy to put one together. For example, right now I'm wondering if my PC (which I don't game with anymore, but might some day) can get by in the long run with only the exhaust case fan in the back. I removed the front intake fans to stop the noise, but the temps seem fine so far. I'll go with the one you linked then because it's cheaper (assuming everything will fit, which it should, I think). You're far braver than I. I'm actually thinking of adding a fan or two to keep it from overheating because I have had problems with my electronics getting hot and overheating (I'm looking at you, laptop). That's if there is enough room left to do so all the other assembly is said and done.
