Wel....that looks like Han Solo. I think Kylo Kills him, and then a lightsaber duel between Finn and Kylo happens.

Funny though, it is a risky move...Hell, this is the first Star Wars movie by JJ Abrams and he decides to kill a well known,respected and liked character. For me, this is just someone from Rey's Past or previous life she had before joining up with Finn, Solo and Chewbacca. Even if that were Han, what would happen with Chewie then? There isn't Chewie without Han and the other way around is also true, we all know that. If Abrams do decide to kill Solo, I believe it would be best to leave it for Episode VIII or even IX, since it won't be his first Star Wars movie...
