It might actually be a better deal than buying them individually. Assuming one knows what one is investing their money in -- In regards to Witcher 3, you know what you're getting by buying a pass, here you do not; DLC is specified, but not whether you're even getting all of it, Gearbox are shameful sinners in that department. It doesn't help that you can't even be certain if the game is going to be good to even warrant such an investment. It feels obtuse if not dishonest -- Overall, season passes represents everything I feel is wrong with DLC & pre-order culture. Sure, I've never bought a season pass before and the only game I preordered was GTA V because I knew my local Walmart would be swamped as they were doing a midnight launch (which they've never done before or since as far as I know). It's Bethesda though and I've been happy with all of their Fallout 3/Skyrim DLC.
