Chips however, have a much higher percentage of carbohydrates, which is something to seriously avoid if you're interested in a healthy diet. I don't think of olives as a healthy snack. I don't think of alcohol that way either. I just enjoy both in moderation. Moderation? HA! I shovel olives down my throat by the gram. I also lift heavy shit 7 days a week. So I get away with it.
