I took the liberty of reading the actual scene again, and from my perspective, I can conclude that it's merely a case of Japanese-style of writing. The sort of cliché cringeworthy attempt of comedy, but there's no indication of malice aimed towards any groups of the LGBT community.
That said, they should have just left it all in. It doesn't seem written with any clear subtext of sexual assault or overt phobia of non-traditional gender roles. It's just yet another stereotypical, unoriginal JRPG romance narrative, where a woman's infatuation turns her into a submissive lovestruck subordinate. It feels more like the kind of romantic power fantasy that is being pushed in the east, akin to the gun-toting power fantasy in the West. Censorhip, in this case, is just ludicrous.
