Vroom, you need to add Announcements section to keep forums clean and not be full of clutter such as annoucements being stickified to every forum. that's how i did it with my forums. i kept one section for announcements while none of forums has that.

Ah, got you. I'd say the bottom works, because most people are regulars by this point and it'd just be one more thing they'd have to scroll through to get to where they were heading.
