So I know we have peeps who play PnPRPG's and I imagine there's a few of us who play TCG's and other Tabletop games. So discuss. Games your playing, interested in or share stories even. I don't play many TTGs but I have been getting back into MtG lately. Mostly just with friends for fun, though I did start going to Friday Night Magic at a local shop. If anything I've realized just how bad I am playing with and against people who play on a much more regular basis than I do. But it's been fun. They also play a lot of Commander, which is actually a format I haven't played until the last few times I've gone. It's a pretty good format and is pretty fun. Usually I play Legacy or Standard. Anyway what tabletop games do you guys play? I'm a big Magic The Gathering nerd. Started playing at the tender age of 12 and never stopped. I always play it in multiplayer format with two friends - my favorite decks are my Black & White Angels & Demons board sweeper and my Artifact deck, both with a win rate of approx 85%. I like playing black and white, I always enchant my creatures with protection spells and then I drop total destruction spells that kills all creatures and lands. My creatures survive thanks to the spells and then I slaughter my helpless opponents with my powerful demons and angels in a handful of turns. Works almost every single time. Yes, my friends hate me but its still fun. |
