So i decided to read this new Civil War event because well um... boredom. The premise, Captain Marvel and Tony Stark are at odds over using an Inhuman's ability of seeing the future in order stop crimes or disasters before they happen. Considering the legality of the Avengers going fullblown 'Minority Report' despite the dubious probability of the act/event happening (the situation surrounding Bruce Banner's death being a major indicator in Tony's favor), you'd figure the Constitution would sort this out, but no. Captain Marvel is reduced to a spoiled brat who flys through buildings when she doesn't like what she hears in order to fuel the lukewarm drama. Then there's the GoTG coming out of nowhere to participate in a conflict that has nothing to do with them.
It's plain obvious with the paper thin setup that this event is just another excuse for a superhero royal rumble, that ignores character development or logic.
